14-day withdrawal right
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us via the details in the Imprint with your order information. We will refund the full purchase price through the original payment method.
Digital content with immediate access
Our products are digital content delivered immediately. During checkout you expressly agree that we begin delivering the content right away, and you acknowledge that your 14-day withdrawal right is lost once the download or streaming of the content has begun with your consent.
Faulty or undelivered products
If a file is defective, a download link does not work, or you did not receive access after a successful payment, contact us and we will restore access or refund you in full. Your statutory rights remain unaffected in any case.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
